In 98% cases the problem is resolved by applying one or more of these solutions
Clean the history of the browser you use on your terminal (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc...). Then try to log in again.
Pay attention when entering data, lowercase/uppercase of letters.
Make sure you have entered the data correctly (typing errors in the USER and PASSWORD spaces do not allow access)
Try to generate a new password using the appropriate button in the login area. Then try to log in again.
